We offer an experience for birdwatchers and nature lovers; we navigate the cool waters of the Cienegas and Mangrove Reserve while we tell you about the environmental importance of these mangroves—giant trees that capture carbon dioxide and help protect our planet!
One very interesting aspect of this experience is that our boats are manually guided by our hosts—we don’t use any motor to move forward, which allows us to hear the sound of the wind, observe the birds and flamingos without disturbing them, and reduce our fuel consumption to zero—our “engine” is a pole that allows us to move manually.
